Question by BS9999: Is there something wrong with my Rain Gutter (PICTURES)?
Here are 3 pictures of my rain gutter. The 3 pictures are from me taking it from underneath looking upward. This rain gutter is pitches and i am wondering is the pitch too great? The entire distance for the run is 28 feet and it is a single gutter that runs all the entire distance to a single downspout at the end…So the slant looks unusual…if u think it looks wrong please let me know:
1st Pic – Notice the gap between the gutter and the board it rests on..is that normal?: http://hidebehind.com/89669B
2nd Pic – Notice how high it rides on above the board..is that normal..and notice the gap?: http://hidebehind.com/520F2E
3rd Pic – Notice the gap running along the far left towards the middle..is that normal?: http://hidebehind.com/892D24

To me it looks as tho it needs to be attached to wood of house. Contact a handyman to reattach it for you, but check his references before he does any work and maybe check with better business bureau too.
If you’re not afraid of heights and are handy maybe you can reattach gutter yourself, but use galvanized screws so they don’t rust and cause rust streaks to run down side of house in a year from now. If the gutters are new, get the company who installed them to come out and fix it.

TO ME IT LOOKS WAY TO UPWARD TILTED, IT SHOULD BE MORE ATTACHED TO THE WOOD TO DRAIN CORRECTLY
